TECH SYMBIO

The TECH SYMBIO series is a new controller platform designed to meet the latest requirements set by engineers designing gas injection systems for direct fuel injection engines. TECH SYMBIO can operate with two injection systems. This allows for gas installation in vehicles equipped with combined injection, i.e., based on inductive gasoline injectors for direct and indirect injection. The TECH SYMBIO controller series supports naturally aspirated, turbocharged engines, and Valvetronic systems.

The control unit is based on a 32-bit microprocessor specifically designed for automotive applications, ensuring stable operation in temperatures ranging from -40 to 120ºC. It features a built-in OBD module with a CAN data bus, making tuning simple, fast, and precise. System installation has been simplified thanks to the ability to freely pair input and output injector channels. The use of electrical wires matched to the current load ensures many years of reliable and trouble-free system operation in the adverse conditions of the engine compartment.

  • Ability to collect data for mapping during driving without the need to connect a PC;
  • OBD Scanner function – ability to read basic diagnostic data, settings, and to read and clear OBD errors;
  • Automatic real-time LPG/CNG gas injection timing corrections based on parameters read from the gasoline controller’s OBD bus;
  • Full short-circuit and overload protection;
  • Plastic housing – 4 cyl., aluminum – 6 cyl. and 8 cyl.;
  • Compatibility with TECH-YETI GT injector (opening time: < 1.3 ms; closing time: < 1.2 ms);
  • Compatibility with additional, external electronic devices
