LPG/CNG Controllers

The TECH SYMBIO controllers platform was created to meet the latest requirements set by engineers designing en-gine fuel systems . Today TECH SYM BIO- as the only Polish controller has the a bi lity to work with two in-jection systems without additional electronic devices . Thanks to this, it is possible to install gas in cars with combined injection, i.e. based petrol injectors direct and indirect injection. The controller supports natural-ly aspirated, turbocharged engines as well as Valvetronic or Multiair systems.

The control unit is based on a 32-bit microprocessor designed specifically for the automotive ind us-try which guarantees stable operation in the temperature range from -40 to 120 °C. lt has a built-in OBD module with CAN data bus, thanks to which tuning is not only sim ple and fast, but above all precise. The installation of the system has been simplified thanks to the possibility of any pai ring of input channels and output injectors . The use of dedicated automotive electrical wires suitably matched to the current load ensures long-term, trouble-free operation of the system in adverse conditions prevailing in the engine compartment.

THE CONTROLLERS ARE AVAILABLE IN THREE VARIANTS:
  • 4 cylinders with a 56 pin connector – TECH SYMBIO 4/4 model
  • 6 cylinders with a 80 pin connector – TECH SYMBIO 6/6 model
  • 8 cylinders with a 80 pin connector – TECH SYMBIO 8/8 model

TECH ONE combines modern innovations and tested solutions. Due to a small, compact cover and 24-pin connector the fitting is much easier and faster. The use of a digital control panel made it possible to reduce the number of communication cables which facilitates threading the bulkhead. Semiconductor petrol injectors emulators provide precision and reliability of switching between different fuel types and offer the possibility of additional extra-injection gasoline while working on gas or alternating injections to protect the fuel intake valves.

Proper engine management is ensured by algorithms tested and developed over the years by LPGTECH designers. They provide the possibility to calibrate the car in every field of engine work. Additional adjustments of pressure, temperature and RPM make the regulation more precise. TECH ONE is the perfect choice to reduce the cost of gas instalation in the 4-cylinder engine which does not requires the use of gas injection controller that supports the car OBD.

TECH DUO is a new controller of the family dedicated to 4-cylinder engines with indirect fuel injection. The controller works with a new touch switch RGB, which allows for any color configuration. All enclosed in a small and compact housing with a 32-pin connector that al low the installer to fit in the place that suits us most.

The TECH-200 series are the modern microprocessor based controllers with 48 pin wire-set. The TECH-200 series controllers are designed for up to 4cyl. engines. Our controllers combine the advanced technologies with comprehensible functionality. The processor controlling the auto-calibration and auto-adaptation as well as the monitoring and correction system, is confined in to a small, waterproof plastic casing 114 x 140 x 36 mm. The material used in Tech-200 casing has identical properties to aluminum casing. This makes the TECH-200 controllers lighter, less costly and easy to install in every vehicle.

The TECH-204 controller consists of all above mentioned functions and protection, guaranteeing excellent quality and performance. Auto-calibration and system settings should not take longer than 15 min. The advanced auto-adaptation system guarantees the trouble free installation performance by monitoring the system and, if necessary, correcting the gas injection times.

The TECH-300 series controllers are microprocessor based in aluminum casing with the traditional 56 pin wire-set. The TECH-300 controllers are designed for up to 8 cyl. engines although, the two controllers could be connected simultaneously to be used in 16 cyl. engines. The compact casing 190 x 125 x 30mm enables easy installation in hard to reach spaces.

The Standard TECH-324 version, consists of all above mentioned functions and protection guaranteeing excellent quality and performance. Auto-calibration and system settings should not take longer than 15 min. The advanced auto-adaptation system guarantees the trouble free installation performance by monitoring the system and, if necessary, correcting the gas injection times. The TECH-326 and TECH-328 are suitable for up to 8 cylinder engines (depending on version).

The TECH-300 OBD series is a microprocessor-based controller using traditional 56-pin wiring harness. These controllers are designed to operate with 4/6/8 cylinders engines (depends on version). Also there is ability parallel connection of two controllers in a MASTER/SLAVE mode, this helps to extend number of supported cylinders up to 16. Compact case, 190 x 125 x 30 mm, helps with fitting controller in a modern, built-up engine compartments.

TECH-300 OBD series provide the same functions and security features as TECH 320 series – ensuring excellent quality and performance. Additionaly TECH-320 OBD series communicates with can OBD protocols: CAN (11/500; 29/500; 11/250; 29/500), ISO 14230 slow, ISO 14230 fast, ISO 9141. Connection with car OBD system uses only two wires regardless of protocol. Another advantage is the possibility to use the controller to read, erase diagnostic trouble codes and reading all engine parameters like a standard OBD scanner.
