TECH-OBD Scanner

The TECH-OBD Scanner enables communication between the TECH gas injection system and the gasoline controller using the OBD II diagnostic interface. A distinguishing feature of the TECH-OBD Scanner is its ability to be used as an independent OBD reader, which allows you to check vehicle operating parameters provided by the OBD controller in addition to reading corrections and errors.
The TECH-OBD Scanner, when used with TECH-124, TECH-224, and TECH-320 series controllers, provides the option to set automatic error clearing (up to eight errors) – it automatically removes errors previously entered in the table. In case of other irregularities, the clearing will not occur so that the illuminated “check engine” light notifies the driver of the need to check the engine system.
After connecting to the appropriate TECH controller and the vehicle’s diagnostic system, the TECH-OBD Scanner collects maps of injection time correction values for both gasoline and gas. When adaptation is enabled, the OBD system automatically modifies the mixture composition to reduce the deviations between the maps to zero, resulting in the ideal vehicle setup.
